These stats are a clear example of pressures people are facing; these have an impact on our mental health, often referred to as ‘social determinants.’

Our health & public systems must take pressures into account - not label people as ‘broken’ or stigmatise us for struggling.

Katie manages our Sanctuary project in #Cardiff . It offers people a safe space to breathe, slow down, and get support and advice during moments of crisis.

She'll be running the ABP Newport Marathon Festival on Sunday, to help raise a transport fund. Thank you Katie!

Platfform Totally agree - it's illogical to tackle a problem by simply declaring it's illegal and applying an inappropriate, band aid solution. It would be far more effective to apply proper solutions that could end it for good.
