$NKTR waterfall says everything. Drug is effective and works. Not concerned about the 4 pts. You’re not going to placebo away AA in a large Ph3, and additional time on drug (52w readout?) will address this as there’s no sign of plateauing.

$KRYS results are a grand slam. Stock should be up substantially after this. A real pathway to approval within 2 years, in an indication where peak sales could likely exceed $3B. Not to mention how validating this is for the platform…

Where does $QURE go on a compromise FDA response? It appears priced for doom after todays (unclear) comments, but I think a compromised "path forward" approach is most likely. Something like open to filing AA based on FDA-preferred natural history comparison at a 4yr timepoint.

I do think AXS-05 has a >50% chance of approval. But I also think the FDA’s recent data quirks likely have some spill over to CDER. Market doesn’t appear to be pricing in the potential for rejection. Puts are probably at a price worth buying for the downside surprise. $AXSM
