Providers charged roughy €280 a month for Montessori 4 hour class back in 2011 when ECCE started. Today government are paying €276 a month after 12 years. You all need to question this. How can we work off this funding pay wages, sick pay pensions etc. It is impossible.

I am tired of providers being portrayed as greedy. We are far from greedy. We are and have always been bottom of the list of priorities for our government. Parents and providers need to stand in unity and ensure double of the funding on offer is given to our sector.
