Black Lives Matter. Racism is not a black problem, it is we the white leaders, the majority who need to own this & tackle it head on. Racism is not someone else's problem it is all of our responsibilities & if we are responsible citizens then we must exercise our obligations

In one week we managed to create BLM Worthing and organised a protest!

And then we went to Brighton and joined thousands of peaceful protest, Worthing is definitely on the map

Having watched " the school that tried to end racism" I think we should learn from children who are doing the work on unconscious bias SPFT - No longer in use specially the part on white privilege!

Do we think all our policies need to be reviewed in light of current events CoViD, health inequalities impact, BLM, we all heal differently I would like us to review sickness policy in light of impacted trauma and emotional well-being SPFT - No longer in use

Black minds matter raised 500k since June 1, SPFT - No longer in use how are we delivering phycological therapies to BAMe ( contested term) communities? And included in recovery college Sussex Recovery College unless BAME people are leading on the delivery it not inclusive or equity
