ARTIC OUTFLOW WARNING! Wind chill value: - 20 Thursday night to Saturday Hazard: Risk of frostbite and hypothermia. Arctic air combined with strong outflow winds gusting to 60 km/h will generate wind chill values of minus 20 beginning on Thurs night.

MORE WINTER WEATHER EXPECTED later Tuesday & Wednesday On Tuesday, a Pacific low pressure system will approach the coast from the west. The moisture from this system will interact with arctic air already in place over the south coast to bring snow to most areas.
