Numerous off leash humans out in #Edmonton today. ⛅️ & up to 24°C so they seem to sneaking off for ice cream without their dogs! If you find one and it doesn't have any tags showing who owns it, please take it to the nearest animal rescue to be adopted. I'm Chesnyy with the #Yeg
