Our second to last senior is captain Fia Brown! Fia has been apart of the DR softball program for 4 years. Fia will be attending the University of Rochester and will be majoring in creative writing with a minor in journalism and legal studies. Fia hopes to be an author one day!

Our last senior is Madelyn Kelley! Madelyn has been on varsity for 4 years and has been a captain for two years. She will be attending Quinnipiac University to earn a BA in communications/media studies and a MA in sports journalism through their honors program! Congrats!

DR went off for their seniors today! DR beat Seekonk team today 13-1 in 5 innings! Fia Brown had her first HR off the season in the third inning. Haleigh Kelley had the walk off 2 run HR in the bottom of the 5th to end the game. That’s brings our home run total to 28 this season!

WHAT A BIG DAY FOR DR SOFTBALL! An extra inning win against a phenomenal Case Softball Program! DR had SIX (YES SIX) home runs today including Fia Browns 3 run walk to win the game 14-11 in the bottom of the 8th. Camryn Cloonan 2026 Haleigh Kelley 2025 and Fia Brown all had TWO HRs!

With our six HRs yesterday, DR now has a team total of 34 HRs this season. Haleigh Kelley hit her 9th and 10th HR yesterday which ties her for most home runs in the state currently.

WHAT A WEEK FOR DR SOFTBALL! Ending our week with a 12-0 win (5innings) against Greater New Bedford today! Great pitching today by Kylie Hillier! Haleigh Kelley 2025 (2 💣), Fia Brown and Madelyn Kelley 2023 all had HRs today bringing our regular season total to 39!

Haleigh Kelley 2025 crushed it this week with six HRs in 4 games! This puts her at #1 in the state for HRs! Vote for her this week for Taunton Gazette Player of the Week!
