Church Mead parkrun - today was my 200th run, 200th volunteer (report writer) and 100th different event. This was my 2022 parkrun target - to hit all 3 on the same day. Great to have had one that didn’t involve PBs! parkrun UK

4 years today since Jake was a passenger in this car sustaining a brain injury. He’s worked really hard on his recovery and the great news is that he’s now taking driving lessons. It’s a long journey but his positive attitude is paying dividends.

Today’s antisocial behaviour award goes to Thames Water 💧 for using mechanical diggers outside my house until midnight last night, starting again at 5am. Unbelievable that this was scheduled maintenance as opposed to reacting to a leak / emergency work. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I am so proud of my son Jake Elliott to be part of the Air Ambulance’s 50,000th mission celebrations via his interview below and so grateful to the Air Ambulance for their incredibly speedy response in most likely saving his life on that day in 2019. Forever in your debt.
