Now this is not what anyone wants to wake up to on May 12. It is not uncommon to have snow here in May before summer really settles in. A few days ago it was almost 20 degrees and this morning it is minus 9 degrees. OUCH!

Steak dinner last night…yum. And look top left of my plate because of course Jersey has hers on the floor also. We are both spoiled by the Mrs. and just love it. Jersey loved chewing on this bone after and I will probably find it hidden in my bed tonight.

The Mrs. Was downtown when the fishers were getting in yesterday and came home with 12 of these beautiful 2 pound lobsters that had just been caught.

There now, I think it is dinner time. Don’t you wish you had been here to help us eat these last night. We ate until we were full and then kept the remaining lobsters for lobster rolls in the coming days.

With a sunrise like this we are going to have a lovely day here. Actually the forecast for the long weekend is sunny weather for a change which the people camping will enjoy this year. Many years it has snowed on the Victoria Day weekend.
