My black and white picture this morning is the church Marlene and I were married in so many years ago on the same day and exactly 35 years after her parents were married here. I hope you are all having a good weekend so far, and until tomorrow then friends……

A snowshoe hare out eating some of the new green grass that is beginning to sprout up. This one has lost his white winter coat and is back to being brown again. He will remain this colour all summer long now. I love seeing all the animals begin to move around again in Spring.

A few caribou seen by the ocean. They are beginning to grow their new antlers now and loose their thick white winter coats.

We continue to see Robins everywhere and they are a real sign of spring around here. Once they arrive home winter is normally over for good.

A quiet morning at the lighthouse. Jersey and I come up here every morning for a look around on our morning drive around town.

Soon this tour boat will be put back in the water again and plying the waters of Bonne Bay three times a day. It is a popular experience for tourists.

The beachfront at Norris Point. Soon now this location will be filled with sea kayakers and wake boarders every day. It is a sheltered place and popular for water sports.

An old root cellar on the side of a hill that nobody has looked after. Unfortunately one of these years it will all collapse and be lost forever.

A warm morning at the Marine Centre with the snow covered Tableland Mountains in the distant background. This morning it is 10 degrees, much warmer than things have been recently.

The daffodils continue to grow and will soon be in bloom. All of these things are happening so soon this year.

This poor little bird looks to me like he had a very hard night. Haha!
