False allegations and abusers weaponizing the court system are destroying and literally KILLING women and children. Please read Catherine’s post before she allegedly committed suicide this past weekend as a result of what she endured at the hands of her abuser and the FC system.

This is heartbreaking reading this. However the sad part is many of us know at first hand how corrupt the family courts are. This poor lady all she did was try to be the amazing mother she was to her children but was abused by a corrupt system.

Judges & court staff must be trained to understand & identify coercive control. Often the coercive controller is awarded custody of the children. Empirical research shows that in custody cases involving domestic violence, children are at almost double the risk for child abuse.

Sadly the courts and judges don’t seem to care about what women have to say. However if it was a man saying he has been abused they would be believed and supported, women are expected to stay quiet and toe the line.

This woman is pure evil. She is a danger to any mother going through hell fighting an already corrupt judicial system. If you get told to have her refuse and insist on somebody else as the LA all know that if you have her you are screwed & they have got what they want. Be warned

The sad part is the narcissist would act all kind and caring to lull them into a false sense of belief as they would know they had to be on their best behaviour. And all the parties would fall for it. Seen it so many times.

Safe parents can have clear, solid evidence of #DomesticAbuse, but #FamilyCourt are reluctant to accept this evidence. Safe parents are blamed, have their mental health scrutinised, their words twisted, & are treated as the perpetrator. All for trying to protect their children 🤷‍♀️
