Our first student worker highlight of 2023's National Student Employment Week is a familiar face for many on campus: Abby Ryan! Abby is a senior working in the Student Activities office, and her favorite part of her job is assisting in the planning and set-up of events on campus.

Today, we're celebrating the student workers that make campus feel like home: RAs! According to Res Life staff, "The RAs' work impacts campus as they are problem solvers and community builders! They encourage people to be engaged on campus and in the Davenport community."

Where would our student workers be without their supervisors? John Hagar is just one of the amazing supervisors at SAU. His students in Galvin "are the face of the university for thousands of community members each year, and they handle themselves professionally and with poise."

The tutors in the Student Success Center have served over 550 students this academic year, earning them the final shoutout of NSEW 2023! Tutors foster confidence in their fellow students by helping them achieve their academic goals.
