Last year, we proved that React Native is a great fit for Vision Pro. For React Conf 2025, we’re doing the same for Meta Quest. We built a showcase app to show how React Native scales to VR platforms, and the results speak for themselves! Check out what we did on our blog👇

🎶 This Expo App Award submission caught our eye because it's been through a lot: Starting on SDK 35, using the old managed workflow, and then growing into CNG. It's a songwriting app that runs smoothly with Gesture Handler & Reanimated. And obviously uses tons of Expo Modules

LegendList 2.0.12 is much faster than earlier versions, so I recommend updating ❤️ It now runs tighter loops, does less math, and better uses scroll velocity to predict what will be in view next frame. So it leaves more frame time for your components to render ✨

🤲 Expo is additive. You can bring Expo + React Native into your existing iOS and Android apps incrementally. No rewrite required. Add a single screen or feature, ship faster, and modernize your stack without disrupting native code. Read more about when, why, and how to add

While mostly working undercover (react navigation/expo router), react-native-screens is the backbone of most RN apps. In the past months we’ve put a ton of work into it (not just iOS 26 updates). Super excited for all the things that will come out next in screens v5

If you're making more typos in iOS lately, you're not going crazy - it's a bug in iOS that causes the keyboard to randomly insert the wrong letter instead of what you typed.
