Added Expo Dev Client support to the IDE and used Daimo open source React Native app to test it

While 3.7 comes with a lot of cool updates I'm most excited about some perf wins that didn't make the highlights, and the new (used internally for now) API for synchronous cross-runtime worklet execution (executeOnUIRuntimeSync that also improves perf btw)

Surprised no one has asked how the shared element transitions in this neat demo are implemented 🤔
