We had a great start to Well-being Week today in Old Bawn Community School. Students engaged with resources from Mental Health IRL and JigsawYMH and staff enjoyed some treats provided by our SLT. Looking forward to the week ahead!

Today during #wellbeingweek students were given the opportunity to take part in a lunch time workshop to benefit the body, mind & soul! We had smoothie making, ukulele and CPR workshops. Thanks to Emma Black Lydia Burke and Emily Cliffe for their help today. 🤩

We had a fantastic day taking part in the #emmanuel2023 event in the Helix. Many thanks to Archdiocese of Dublin for organising, a great opportunity for our students to perform with other choirs 🎶🎵🎤. We are looking forward to performing the music we have learnt at upcoming events.

A joy to visit Old Bawn Community School today with John Lahart TD, Charlie O'Connor and public reps. It was a visit led by students, with beautiful music and culminating in the official opening of the illuminating DreamSpace room. Thanks to the entire school community for the opportunity to visit.

As part of Old Bawn Community School Creative Week we worked with #NOISEMusic The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon SDCC to put on two workshops; DJing and Songwriting & Beat making.
