In our study published in Metabolites MDPI we compare MALDI-TOF to LC-MS and RNA-seq to find the best performing matrix. Recrystallised CHCA in positive polarity was most consistent in identifying altered metabolic activity in tumour and normal tissue. mdpi.com/2218-1989/13/1…
