The time on hold for my current call with The AA and counting…

WTF is going on, The AA ? How is this a pleasant way to spend a vacation?

As I head into hour 5 or 6 of being on hold, I am wondering if there is a better way to spend a 6 day vacation

So far, today’s #spellingbee in the The New York Times seems to be all about The AA European breakdown service

Day 4. Of a 6 day “holiday”. Still on hold. Here’s a suggestion - if the European breakdown service has so many calls coming in, how about hiring more people over the holiday season? The AA

Dear The AA when your colleagues in European breakdown inform me every few moments that they will deal with my call “shortly”, is this what you think they mean?

My wife has run 10k during the time I have been on hold with The AA European breakdown “service”

So, it’s the morning routine of brushing teeth, breakfast and wasting more of a very short “vacation” on hold with a company (The AA ) who are doing everything they could possibly do to give the impression they don’t give a single 💩 about their customer service

In through the nose, out through the mouth. And repeat. For more than a bloody hour. And counting. The AA please get your European colleagues to Hire. More. People.
