Today we are going to talk to a key figure at our winery – our resident #oenologist Mattia Giacomelli! Originally from Trentino, since 2016 he has brought a kind of Trentino rigour to the #winery in a wide variety of aspects, from #grape selection to #vinification to #bottling.
