Earlier this week our trials team was out working on our phosphorus trial in Wandering. The trial will look at the effects of different phosphorus rates on wheat and barley. You can read more about the trial at csbpresults.com.au/trials/phospho…

If your avocados don’t have the Kangaroo label on them, (or labelled Australian produce) don’t buy them. Tell the importers you’ll refuse to buy Chilean imported fruit!! Retweet far and wide and protect Australian growers from imports. Avocados Australia David Littleproud MP

Can’t say I did too much to help out this year, but amazing to see what we can grow from a rather dry and challenging year. #wheat #aussieag

Lucky enough to host the Soil-Max field day at our property in Northam WA this year. The pipe will be laid in some traditionally wet country which allows for limited traffic ability and reduced yields in a average rainfall season.

Doing a bit of prep work for the demo near Northam tomorrow. Stop by tomorrow to learn more about subsurface drainage from Soil-Max. Visit farm-x.co/events for details from Cody Harrison and Farm X.

Great turnout for the Soil-Max demo organized by Farm X. Had many great discussions and hopefully answered all the questions that farmers in the Northam area have about subsurface drainage. Big thanks to Sandon Knipe for hosting and helping to ensure an efficient event.

This is the ALP improving animal welfare. Killing off markets for sheep meaning they’re shot on farm instead of used as food.
