I don't understand why every time there's a protest in a foreign country everyone in the US feels compelled to signal they "stand in solidarity." You just learned about a massively complicated situation a few days ago. Do you know anything that wasn't told to you by someone else?

Remember, the entire rightwing infrastructure (and grift!) is based on projection. They imagined that there was a liberal censorship regime at Twitter banning people for spurious reasons. Then one of their own took over Twitter and… started doing it for real. Projection.
