Most founders can't let go. They're perfectionists. They micromanage. They lack systems. But effective delegation is the key to growth. Start small. Define success. Create processes. Your business should run smoothly without you.

I’ve become inordinately suspicious of rhetorical questions. Whenever I see one, I just assume that whatever I’m reading was written by an AI.

I’ve become allergic to rhetorical questions in writing ever since AI came out. If you have a version of “here’s the thing:” in your writing from the last two years, I automatically assume it’s AI at this point.

Much better idea to be curious than accusatory. "Why did you do that?" → "How did you see that situation?" "Who did this?" → "What happened here and how can we stop it from happening again?"

Does anyone like being spoken to like they’re a child? The overwhelming tone of most non-fiction I read is preachy and prescriptive. Who likes being spoken to this way?

This is excellent public speaking BUT He’s reading (that’s ok) He’s visibly uncomfortable (that’s ok) He has an accent (that’s ok) He’s a little monotone (pulls it off, possibly affected) You don’t have to be a Hollywood-trained actor to be a great speaker You just have to

Telling hard truths with gentleness isn't weakness—it's emotional dexterity. Just as babies lack fine motor control (hence all those adorable face-smacking videos), many adults lack emotional precision. We celebrate bluntness. We admire stoicism. We dump our raw feelings onto

I've become allergic to reading AI-generated content. If I see a rhetorical question or a "here's the deal:", I immediately break out in vibes. And don't get me started on the word "quietly".
