Surgery for liver AND peritoneal NET mets...? Another excellent study led by Hallbera Gudmundsdottir. Long-term OS and symptom control outcomes favorable. Better OS was associated with more cytoreduction. Peritoneal mets per se should not preclude surg cytoreduction
