Left work at 7pm today. I feel physically tired and mentally exhausted. But, on my Uber ride did a 5 minutes meditation to release the day. Surprised I didn’t think about doing this before.

I'm 29 years old. My whole life I've been called shy & sensitive. The past few years I've embraced those traits as my superpowers. This morning my boss called me a ¨extremely sensitive¨ person. Why does the world think that being a highly sensitive person is something wrong?

Today, I was kindly asking my boss to have better communication between us and to treat me with respect. He answered: ¨The problem is that you are a highly sensitive person.¨ Like it is a bad thing.

I’m aware that a smooth sea never made a skilled sailor. But man, this is becoming unsustainable.

I had a nervous breakdown yesterday. It was pretty hard. I didn't recognize myself. It gave me all the clarity I needed.

It takes courage to get up and keep going.

No matter how hard you try, sometimes it’s not enough.

I need to stop living inside my head. Almost always things are worse inside my head.
