Beach 106 is one of many public spaces we designed as part of Mayor Bloomberg's initiative to rebuild the Rockaway shore after the super storm Sandy. We reused surviving buildings, wrapped them with colored signage, and created a series of step benches. Video: @ariecooperdp

VISIT the Conference House Pavilion Conference House. The Pavilion NYC Parks complements the 17th-century Conference House in Staten Island. Both structures are part a National Park named after the Staten Island Peace Conference during the American Revolutionary War.
