ChatGPT just performed 129 searches for me in 10 minutes. This is why I believe the future of SEO is agentic. People are going to have AI search on their behalf.

This is a bit too reductionist but it is directionally correct. The size and capabilities of the kinds of LLMs you can run locally are growing rapidly. Local AI is becoming a real thing (I'm seeing a lot of interesting and practical applications with Gemma 4)

My feed last week: everyone's ditching ChatGPT and self-hosting. Open WebUI: 132K stars. Ollama: 169K. New releases every week. Then I did the math. Recurring users globally: maybe 10,000. ChatGPT weekly: 900M. A 50,000 to 1 ratio. 10,000 people build it. A billion need

Stanford just released a 1.5-hour lecture on “LLM Architecture.” This is the exact thing systems engineers at Anthropic and OpenAI require to understand at a deep level. Give it some time. This might be the highest-ROI learning you do this month.

"The cost barrier to exit the system is getting exponentially lower. It's very easy to travel across the globe, it's very easy to bring your assets across jurisdictions. And this introduce a phenomena we've never seen - a jurisdictional competition." - Francesco Moiraghi

Even some of AI’s most cautious observers are finding reasons for optimism. Alex Imas, who has taken worst-case scenarios seriously, now sees potential upside alongside the risks. It reflects a more nuanced view. AI may bring disruption, but it could also unlock unexpected

AI risks are expanding beyond code into behavior. Tests show some models can convincingly attempt scams, combining technical capability with increasingly persuasive social interaction. The concern is broader now. AI does not just exploit systems, it can influence people.

AI is creating a paradox in the workforce. Those seeing the biggest productivity gains are also the most concerned about job displacement, especially in roles highly exposed to AI and among early-career workers. The pattern is telling. The closer you are to AI’s impact, the
