Just arrived to the 2 alarm fire in Brighton. I’m told the historic Arthur Grain Mill will be a complete loss. The building was vacant with no injuries reported.

Firefighters are going through wildland fire training this week. The training focuses on using progressive hose packs, digging lines and activating fire shelters. Firefighters must also complete a 3-mile hike in less than 45 minutes while carrying a 45-pound pack.
