#Superleague case: #CJEU goes further than expected

For now, the biggest surprised of the day is the underlined part in the #ISU press release. While we (with Ben Van Rompuy) challenged the mandatory #CAS arbitration in our complaint to DG Comp, I thought this ship had sailed after the #ECtHR's Mutu/Pechstein ruling. #Sportslaw
