Tim is part of our kitchen team as a Chef de Partie. Before joining us, he was at sea for 20 years - firstly as a fisherman and then 16 years in the Merchant Navy. He also volunteers for the Fishermen's Mission, a cause he’s supported for many years. Great work Tim!
