It is unacceptable. Prior to ‘20,scarcity of resource was lived experience for HSCP. WTE uplifts in ‘20-‘23 enabled SLT to deliver new/expand existing services. More importantly ⬆️ WTE was enabler for optimum qualitative care. ’24 resource scarcity is HUGE retrograde step IASLT
