So, the process begins to get an end result of cold smoked salmon. I’ve dissected the salmon, saved the scraps for a stir fry and mixed the salt and sugar to cure the salmon for a few days, before going into my smoker for 48hrs to smoke. I’ll keep you informed of the journey 😋
