I hate never being able to post anything positive. It’s only by switching off from the larger context of how civilisation is running that one can find any joy. Case in point: new UK PM making it her mission to grow the economy. Why?! Growth of the economy means more destruction.

What we need is for industry to work HALF as hard. 20 hours a week contributing to the economy, 20 hours contributing to their local economy and subsistence (grow your own food!). The world does not need us all to have a 40+hr working week!

Can’t wait for 2050 when we admit we’ve completely missed our #NetZero target and we get to throw all the old politicians that put profit over planet outside to fry.

I was lucky enough to work with some smart, thoughtful and kind people at Twitter for a brief moment in 2019. Many of those folks, no doubt as dedicated and lovely, were still there until today. Sending ++ vibes to you all.

Such a fun day setting up a garden with the children and the rest of the school All Saints. My first teaching experience - all super engaged. This place is going to become a source of pride for these kids and community. Proud to be building regenerative culture in the valleys.
