Opioids were involved in 73.9% of drug-involved deaths in #STL City and County in the first half of 2022. These deaths are particularly felt by members of our Black and Hispanic communities, who are disproportionately affected by incarceration. #IOAD #IOAD2022 #EndOverdose

Justice-involved individuals are at high risk for overdoses. With this in mind, our team of case managers & therapists deploy a healing-first approach -- providing prevention tools & substance use treatment during a participant's post-release journey. #IOAD #IOAD2022 #EndOverdose
