Our transcriptome analysis of #SARSCoV2 from cells to people is live on #Cell bit.ly/2RJoqPS We find Low IFN response juxtaposed with high pro-inflammatory cues (incl. IL6). Raw data on GEO (GSE147507). Work by @DBM003 Benjamin Nilsson-Payant & many others.
