I often get frustrated when I don't accomplish all the daily/weekly/monthly tasks I set out to do, even though I'm productive and do get a lot done. I'm working on being okay with that and setting more realistic goals for myself. Otherwise I'm in a constant state of frustration.

A customer of ours had a really bad support experience with us this week. It was totally our fault. It hurts when that happens, but it's also a reminder that you can't ever get lax with your customer service, and every bad customer experience is an opportunity to learn and grow.

When you're new at something, the tendency is to overcomplicate it. Complexity must be earned. Its what you get after mastering the simple aspects. You can't start at the finish line.
