To ensure I got my chops around the last Lidl UK strawberry crisp ice-cream I hid it in a different freezer drawer. Have to be cunning in this household! And yes it was blooming delicious! #naughtymummy #sorrynotsorry

Very disappointing customer service from AXA Insurance UK today! Trying to report a car accident this morning. First attempt put on hold for 35 minutes only for the line to go dead. Now on second attempt and currently at 10 minutes.....

Another attempt at talking to AXA Insurance UK as I don't think waiting 48 working hours to be contacted is really acceptable. Now at 1 hour and 32 minutes on hold......

Way to go AXA Insurance UK - 2 hours on hold.....
