Large Swedish survey shows questionable research practices are common. Strong predictor is biasedness (counter norms), internal competition (!). Also shows group level ethics discussion (but not traditional ethics training) has a negative effect on QRP's link.springer.com/article/10.100…

Note also that serious adverse events (SAE) systematically underreported in literature. 2023 systematic review of esketamine trials found that compared to SAE recorded in ClinicalTrials.gov, 42% were not reported in scientific articles.
