I concur with finhstamsterdam's concerns over NL's imminent expansion of the scope of regulation beyond #AMLD5 for #cryptocurrency intermediaries. Lack of uniformity within #EU creates onerous state-by-state patchwork of regulatory regimes, and presents a barrier to innovation.
