For many years even after my son stopped playing I still coached a development squad of 5, 6 and 7yr olds. Part of the group was to also support and pass on some knowledge experience to new coaches who would then take on the teams at u8. Just had this from one of them 😬

Sometimes as a coach you have a wow moment, but you'd always hope that it's a positive wow. Received a message this morning that wasn't and I guess is a reminder as to why coaches stop coaching. Thank god I'd already decided that I'm done with club coaching.

Really enjoyed the u14 cup final last night between Redgate Rangers FC and BohemiansFC. Close game but Redgate Rangers came out on top. Hope to see some of the lads at Norfolk Schools FA trials at the end of June.
