So pushing on through last week unwell wasn’t clever, all I’ve achieved is spending half term in bed unwell and forced to rest! Thank goodness for self sufficient teens!

Sad that secondary has put my 15 year old off studying English, she hates reading and hates her English lessons but then writes poems to calm her nerves and they’ve no idea or interest that writing poems is her safe thing!

So lucky to have the grounds we have at school and to be able to improve our OPAL areas but truth is I could happily regulate sat in the swings reflecting on life!

Weird how things appear and make sense. Bit of soul searching and self reflection and having an awareness of my strengths/ flaws and how I can be a better version of myself is quite cathartic.
