You're NOT serving Jesus when you "win" the argument, but lose the relationship.

My request for the Christians: please don't enable men to be more abusive, we already have enough abuse even without the so called "biblical Manhood" please don't bring this patriarchal garbage into my country. It will only make women suffer more.

Let us not give up the habit of meeting together as so many have done (Hebrews 10:25). For anyone who can, it’s time to get ready to worship! Feed your soul in a local church today that preaches the Word of God empowered by the Holy Spirit.

Let’s just try to hang in there today. I mean, we can’t be mad, offended, shocked and insulted every minute of every day. At some point, we’ve got to choose a little joy and peace of mind in Jesus. I can’t think he wants us worked up 24/7.

If you are hurting in these days leading up to Christmas, I want you to know that you have a unique gift to offer the people of God: the gift of being deeply unsatisfied with the world as it is before Christ returns to wipe every tear from every eye.

I was heartbroken to learn about the passing of Stephen “tWitch” Boss, who I got to know over the years through my Let’s Move! initiative and visits to The Ellen Show. My heart goes out to his wife, Allison, and his three children during this difficult time.

Narcissism comes from a lack of emotional development in childhood. If you look at narcissistic behaviors, they’re ego centric and emotionally immature— they mirror the developmental period from age 3-7. Many people don’t mature beyond this.
