Had this happen...addressed it. Got an apology for the "oversight". Transferred to a new dept with a new pay grade...THEY DID IT AGAIN. I found out and addressed it...again an "oversight" That was a rough 3 years. Ps- I was constantly applying for jobs in my field at the time.
