ruth allum To be fair some people can't control their dogs when they're on a lead, yet they assume everyone loves dogs jumping up on them.

ruth allum This is why I can never let my dog off the lead, unless I'm certain we're alone. He really is the loveliest natured dog but very jumpy with anyone new. I love dogs but would never think it was OK to allow him to jump on strangers.

@YermaZaguddin ruth allum I walk often in national trust properties as they all require dogs to be on leads so I feel relatively safe.
