Whilst I think these dangerous incidents are rare (driving whilst inhaling) , more common is group use of N2O in a stationary car. However, nitrous oxide is exhaled from the lungs largely unchanged, and surveys suggest few people open the windows tinyurl.com/3t4rv3zn
