🤩That's a wrap! End of the study visit between Birmingham City Council and Gemeente Groningen For 3 days, participants visited the vibrant city of #Birmingham and met inspiring local actors engaged in advancing toward a fairer, more inclusive and healthier food system 💪 #EUFoodCities

🧐Representatives from Gemeente Groningen saw how Birmingham City Council's vision translated into practice and how the municipality helps inhabitants grow, sell, buy and eat more healthy and environmentally friendly food.

Through 3 days of on-site visits, meetings and transferability workshops, researchers and city representatives could learn from each other and discuss concrete approaches to engage communities and tackle food and health inequalities. 💪
