one thing i dont agree w is bringing up talents who werent involved. yes theyre in the company that screwed nix over but when peoples paychecks are on the line then when they dont have anything else to gain income from being in said company then its a massive loss from everyone

I’m beginning to realise very quickly that the Japanese methodology of handling western talents is not (or at least, no longer) seemingly compatible with a western audience. Do I understand this legally? Yes. Do I still think this is scummy and underhanded? Also yes.

its very unprofessional to have a male branch when they seem to have priorities somewhere else. like gee, i wonder why theyre financially unstable when its not like we havent promoted them on the same length as other branches or something. hm.
