New home builders install rental HVAC equipment in newly-built homes, putting buyers in a forced rental position. Lots of incentives for builders from rental suppliers to do this. This should only be with prior consent of home purchaser. Pat Foran toronto.ctvnews.ca/it-s-ridiculou…
