It helped me. I am 10 months post-COVID. Normal daily activities are ok again but I had to take a long break from running. I just ran one mile and consider that a victory! It’s so far off from my prior fitness level as my last marathon was a 3:02, but I am happy to run again.

Tonight was a good night for hanging our with cats in the basement as tornado warnings rolled through the Twin Cities. I ran under a forming tornado up north once where there was no warning, so I’m thankful for early warnings and local coverage from FOX 9 in the metro!

My favorite moment from watching with my kids tonight - they all laughed and cheered when the mascot came to greet Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone ! What a race!

My cat looks about as happy with #BackToSchool season as I am. At least we both love the Teacher Tailored boxes that make life easier with 3 school-age kids. I just wish they had a way to make homework management easier 😬.

I agree we need a massive focus on reducing chemicals added to the food supply. We also should utilize AI to help doctors solve complex medical conditions more quickly. All the kids with dysautonomia, #pots, migraines and other conditions deserve a more integrated approach.

I know how devastating when doctors can’t connect the dots because each specialty is so narrow. My son was out of school for 2 years as we spent 10’s of thousands of $ jumping from one specialist to another. Maybe Grok could help solve that for other families.

Rip Coach. I was fortunate to meet him many times during my years running at Adams State . He had moved on from college coaching but his influence was ever-present. He was an amazing man and a phenomenal coach and educator.
