This was a good question positioned poorly as a closer. The root of the question is to understand the candidates ability to appreciate others viewpoints. Let their guard down a bit and admit to something human. Most of them failed.

In a classic form defeats function. The shifters on the newer model Cadillac Escalade won’t let you shift into neutral if cylinders aren’t firing. That makes the tow really fun. Better yet the dealer can’t put it in neutral without a tool they can’t get for a week. Lesson.
