Perfection isn’t just impossible. It’s a counterproductive goal. Perfectionists are more likely to burn out and less likely to embrace new challenges. Success depends on high standards, not being flawless. The target is not perfection—it's excellence. tedtalks.social/WLAdam

Building strong relationships is not about arguing less. It's about arguing more constructively. The goal is not to reach consensus on all your opinions or share all your values. It's to understand each other's opinions and respect each other's values. link.chtbl.com/RTAdam

What a turnaround. Medicine Lodge (1A) was 3-6 last year and is into the state semifinals for the first time since 1987. Incredible job by HC Nick Schmidt this season with a 9-2 record. A rematch with Conway Springs next week will decide who moves on to the state championship. CS
