Cool paper by Lamming Lab in Nature Aging showing that either #protein or #BCAA #isoleucine restriction can improve parameters of #aging, frailty. Very interesting contrast between our data linking #leucine to #CVD and theirs linking #isoleucine to #aging. nature.com/articles/s4358…
